Gender-Affirming Menopause Consulting
Become the go-to provider for patients and clients others are unequipped to serve.
Gender-affirming menopause care training and consulting, built into your organization.
Science + Soul.
Right now, a trans or gender-expansive patient walks into your intake process and hits a system built for someone else’s body. Wrong pronouns on the form. Symptom checklists that assume a body they don’t have. Providers go quiet the moment gender complicates the script. It’s not because they don’t care. It’s because they’re afraid of saying the wrong thing, triggering dysphoria, or causing harm they won’t know how to undo. That fear keeps good providers silent when patients need them most.
I help you build something different. In this practice, intake forms ask the right questions the first time. Providers know how to hold gender and hormones in the same conversation without flinching. Your gender-expansive patients feel like the care was actually built for them. Gender-affirming care isn’t a niche accommodation, either. The same skills that serve trans and gender-expansive patients well, asking rather than assuming, listening for what a body actually needs, raise the standard of care for every patient walking through your door. Trauma-informed practice works the same way: building it in doesn’t just protect patients who’ve experienced medical harm, it raises the baseline competency and confidence of your entire team.
Individual training, like the GAMC certification, gives providers that competence and confidence one person at a time. Consulting takes it further. It’s how that competence becomes how your whole organization runs, built into your intake systems, your protocols, and your culture, so it’s not dependent on any one trained provider being in the room.

Why Work With Me
I’m the founder and facilitator of the IAOTH-accredited Gender-Affirming Menopause Care (GAMC) Certification Course. I’m also the author of Genderqueer Menopause (North Atlantic Books). My work is grounded in clinical training development and trauma-informed frameworks. Because I’m a trans, genderqueer person who has navigated this system from both sides, that grounding comes from lived experience as well as professional training.
I’ve presented at the UCSF Transgender Health Summit, Creating Change, and NPWH. This September, I’ll be presenting at the GLMA LGBTQ+ Health Conference, and this November, at the WPATH Scientific Symposium in Mexico City.
